Preorders
MOFO is currently offered as a preorder for the first production batch. The current preorder price is US$199 unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The first production batch is limited to 100 units. A preorder reserves a place for a MOFO from the applicable production batch. It does not guarantee a specific serial number, color, physical appearance, feature set, or delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

MOFO is a product under development. As development continues, we may make reasonable changes to the hardware, software, design, features, packaging, specifications, or user experience. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the final product remains consistent with the product description and the core functionality presented when you place your preorder. Product images and renders shown on the website may represent prototypes, concepts, or final-intent designs. The final physical product may differ in minor details.

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency stated at the time of purchase. Payments for MOFO preorders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors before an order is fulfilled.

Shipping and Delivery
The current estimated shipping period for the first MOFO batch is January 2027. This date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturing, supply-chain, logistics, regulatory, customs, or other circumstances may cause delays. If there is a significant change to the expected shipping schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the update to affected customers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may request cancellation of your preorder before your MOFO has been shipped by contacting us at hello@mofo.pet.
If an eligible cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
If MOFO is unable to fulfill your preorder, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled preorder.
Once a product has shipped, returns and refunds may be subject to the applicable return and warranty terms and to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

MOFO hardware will be provided with a one-year warranty, as stated on our website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Additional warranty details and the process for making a warranty claim will be provided with the product.
